There were just two tables in the database, one to control access to the content
management, and one to hold the data for each tab.

create database yourdatabasename;
use yourdatabasename;

Create a table for the content management:
create table users (username char(30),userpass char(30));

Add a user to it:
insert into users (username,userpass) values ("username here","password here");

Create a table for the tab data:
create table tabdata (id char(4),data text);

The id field corresponds to each of the tabs, PHP CSS etc, so the AJAX just retrieves the one line with the data (text).
